Interiors, built the way we'd want them built for us.
Nirakar Interiors is a Bengaluru design-and-build studio founded by Girdhari and Madan. We design and execute complete interiors for homes, apartments, villas and commercial spaces with one accountable team.
Nirakar — formless.
In Sanskrit, nirakar describes what exists before shape: the empty room before anyone has decided what it will become. That is where every one of our projects begins — four walls, a family's habits and a brief.
Design is the act of giving that space its akar, its form. The question we start with never changes: what does this space need to become, for the people who will live or work in it?
Interiors that age well
To be the studio Bengaluru families trust with interiors they won't want to redo in five years, because the layout, materials and workmanship were right the first time.
One accountable team
To deliver design and execution under one roof, with transparent pricing and a single point of contact, so nothing is lost between designer and contractor.
Form follows how you live
A beautiful render means little if the storage doesn't fit your life. We design around routines first — cooking, hosting, working from home — and style second.
The people behind the work.

How we think about every project.
Listen before we sketch
Every project starts with a site visit and a conversation about how you use each room.
Drawings that can be built
Designers work with the execution team from day one, so plans are practical, not just presentable.
Materials for Bengaluru
Humidity, dust and daily wear shape every material choice, from board grade to hardware.
Checked at every stage
Inspections at carcass, finishing and pre-handover — not only at the end.
What goes into every Nirakar interior.
- BWP / BWR grade plywood as standard for kitchens and wet areas
- Branded soft-close hinges, channels and fittings
- Machine edge-banding for clean, durable edges
- Concealed wiring and plumbing, tested before closing
- Low-VOC paints and finishes
- Site protection and daily clean-up during execution
